Services I Offer
PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING
I offer individual counselling sessions which can be accessed online, face to face, or outdoors as a walk and talk.
I support you to move through a process of inquiry, in a relaxed environment; guiding you through current experiences so that you start to feel greater stability, strength and choice.
I work with a variety or issues including but not limited to, grief, life transitions and change.
I am registered with NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society), and the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).

A Bit About Me
beYou therapies is the culmination of my life’s work to date. My journey started many years ago when I invited a local healer to my home to share meditation practice. From here I met and worked with a shamanic counsellor who taught me the basics of shamanic journeying. Half a lifetime later I am still enriching and nourishing my practice through personal development, learning and involvement with groups of like minded practitioners. I completed training as a Yoga teacher in 2019; a Focussing Practitioner in 2024: and am currently studying Eco-therapy.
Whilst working with you primarily as your counsellor, I may also recommend further options for you and will cross reference the different healing options I have to offer, providing a blended approach with many influences.
