What is reiki?
Reiki is a form of healing originating from Japan.
When would I choose reiki?
Choose reiki at times of stress and when you feel a need to re-charge. Be curious and open to the experience.
What do I need to do?
Wear comfortable clothes, have a chat on arriving, remove shoes and receive the treatment. Involves lying on a massage table, fully clothed. Blankets are provided.
What do I need to know?
Reiki is a healing technique quite commonly used in the Western world. It is not a religious practice. Ambient music will be played during the treatment. Incense / aromatherapy oil may be burned to increase ambience, all designed to enhance your sense of peace, encouraging relaxation. Allow 60 minutes for session.
